For Sale 1991 Ferrari Testarossa Without major service $125K With major service $135k Ferrari Red on Tan 61,518 miles It's up for a belt service but all fluids are up to date. Coolant, brakes, clutch changed once a year. Oil every 3000 miles and gearbox every 2 years. I'm offering my TR without the belt service as some prefer the discount and would rather have control over the service. If not, it will be performed by Exotic Motors South or Ferrari Of Central Florida. Exotic Motors is owned by the former head tech from Ferrari of Central Florida Gabe. He actually worked on my car when he was with Ferrari. Car has: New Kevlar clutch (7000 miles ) including new seals, and TO Bearing Rebuilt Alternator Modified Starter With NO heat soak Complete top end refurbish including all seals, gaskets, Dave Helms Hoses & Clamps Gold connector upgrade on engine Recent O2 sensors Complete rebuild of both fuel distributors including new seals Magnicor Spiral wound spark plug cables and connectors The list really goes on as this car is maintained to a concours level but also driven daily. Every detail is done properly right down to the yellow insert nylock Ferrari nuts ($8.00 ea) I've had my TR for the last 12 years. I also have a 97.5 Lamborghini Diablo VT Roadster also in concours condition and used as a daily driver. I find after having both cars for over 10 years, I just don't have the time to spend on both cars. Since I'm a Lamborghini guy at heart, I'm just going to stick with Lamborghini. After seeing all the multi-Ferrari / Lamborghini owners in the Garage Section, I just don't know how they keep up with them all. Hi Shamile...!!! You have been a awesome caretaker of that Testarossa! I know that car will miss you as much as you will miss it. I wish I was in a position to offer her a good home... :-/ I can also understand your urge to remain with Lamborghini. Just yesterday I was getting a physical (I'm getting older ya know) and the subject of cars came up. As it turns out my doctor owns a 2015 Aventador with all kinds of bespoke mods....I never would have guessed. He's a rabid Lambo Guy also and after talking with him for about an hour on the subject....I can understand why. I wish you and your TR all the best Old Friend....!
Wow 12 years, thats a good run! Yeah keeping on top of two cars like those can get a bit too much and spoil the fun. I couldn't imagine being without my Testarossa - but - if I lived in Miami I would keep the roadster too! Anyway hope you get a quick sale, and keep having miles of fun in the Lambo Dom.
Haha...you guys! I had to think long and hard if I really wanted to part with it. It just comes down to an issue of time, not money. It's not being replaced with anything. I just can't see myself pulling a little flappy paddle and getting that much satisfaction. Ferraris are for the guy with the brunette girlie with her dress just above her knees. They both wave from the golf course and have lunch at the country club. A Lamborghini guy...me, is dancing the night away with an insanely tall thin blonde runway model in a short tight titanium glitter dress and heels with red lipstick. Hell, I'll pull a three week bender in Florida to pick it up! I asked my bank for $90K the other day, as I have a GREAT new job to restore my past cash flow. They looked at my Credit Score (below 600) and laughed in my face!!! No way I am as handsome as Shamille, but maybe that slow Texas drawl will thrill one of them.
