Another one of the "original 43" now available with low mileage and in great condition with the rare blanco interior (against the rosso exterior).

    VIN: ZFFFD32A0K0081575
    Mileage: 22,000
    Condition: Excellent
    Exterior: Red
    Interior: Blanco
    Location: Metrowest of Boston, Massachusetts

5-speed manual with power sunroof and Blaupunkt stereo AM-FM Radio.

Effectively a one-owner vehicle. I purchased vehicle in Detroit, with 18 original miles, in June of 1991, from original private owner who purchased it new, but then decided he made the wrong choice and showcased it for sale at the local Ferrari dealership. It was shipped to the Boston area by enclosed vehicle transport and has always been garaged and never driven in the snow.

Windows, power sunroof, lights, gauges all work. Original Yellow Owner’s Manual with Red Leather Pouch; all tools and Brown Leather Toolkit Pouch and Black Leather Wrap for Jack.
Never any accidents or body damage. No rust, and only a few very minor paint blemishes on nose from stones (and touch up paint). Serviced as required by local technicians and service records maintained.

This car is currently registered and inspected in Massachusetts. The vehicle is now exempt from emissions testing in Massachusetts.

$45,000 with new belt service to be performed prior to delivery.

Beautiful car! Lots of t Coupes coming up for sale this year. Darn, where were they all when I was looking so hard for one back in 2008 and 2009?

Yes, and several other features that the previous versions don't have; power steering, 3-setting adjustable shocks and a more modern interior.

Nice car, however proper, complete service and parts run high on these Mondial T's especially early years.

I am wondering what you think is so expensive on the early "t''s? Other than the engine out labor expense ($1500), parts should not be a big deal. Ricambi sells an entire parts kit for a major (that you can source cheaper, but they have it all in one place and are great to deal with) and a Tampa dealer will do the major service for about $6200. That is about $400 more than the 3.2.

All Mondials, heck, all Ferraris need some extra care and feeding. Just goes with the territory.

    Regards,
    Jerry

Clutch is a dual plate and much more expensive than later single plate clutches, plus some parts are getting more difficult to find. Does the $6200 include the $1500?

I all Ts are the same.................. maybe youre confused with engine out Major its a 348 service at that point only about $1500 difference from a 3.2 and earlier mondi......the $6500 is about right

    Now back to the thread

This is a rare model in the States only 43 T coupes delivered to the States and the red carpet WOW!

Im surprised its still for sale at a reasonable price ....

Yes Don, I believe when Domenic says "especially early years" he's mostly referring to the dual-disk clutch, which is applicable to all US t Coupes (all are 1989 model year). And these clutch parts are more expensive than the single disk that came later.

All "later years" cars here in the US are, of course, Cabs.

However, if I remember correctly, the 89 does NOT have the mouse-motor seat belts. So another bonus there (and lower cost than later years).
