This is a Two Owner Car. Current owner has owned the car since 1980!

Car was sold through Harrah’s out of Reno NV , purchased new by a gentleman in Ca and sold to current owner in 1980. Car has resided in California its whole life. Currently located in LA.

    Cosmetics:
The car was repainted Red by the current owner soon after purchasing it. The original color is Grigio Ortello/blk int. The seats were restored some time back however shows very little wear.

The current Red paint is presentable, but not perfect. Car came, and still has, with original Borani Wheels including spare! Factory AC (needs conversion).

    Electric windows work fine.

Small ding on front and real chrome bumpers.

Missing chrome headlight rings. (believe to have one)

No visible sign of rust outside or inside, including trunk and engine compartment. Except exhaust, this has several holes and will need to be repaired or replaced.

    Mirrors are not original.

Leather in rear window shelf has shrunk.

    Mileage & History:
odo reads 7k miles, believed to be 107K. Mileage and service history cannot be confirmed due to absence of service records.

Manuals and tools were stolen from car while in storage.

So let me repeat, There are NO tools, Service records or Manuals!

    Service:
Car was last registered in 2013 a tune up was done during that period by an independent mechanic, however the car developed a leak in the self-leveling suspension and subsequently parked and remains in storage.

Upon start up motor runs strong, no smoke no visible leaks, idles and drives at normal temps.

NOTE: Owner and his family have asked that I represent the car, it is being offered to Fchatters first before moving onto Ebay and/or other sites.

Pricing: Contact me to discuss pricing, we are currently accepting fair market offers.

PM or Email me with any questions and for contact info.

Isn't a $ price required for fchat sale ads? 'Fair market offers' doesn't cut it.

Sellers can discuss prices privately if they wish. "Fair market offers" is perfectly acceptable. He's here to sell a car, not to satisfy your market curiosity.

    All the best,
    Andrew.

The window trim is anodized aluminum (my advice-- don't mess with it! Learned through very hard experience). Also, the rear parcel shelf is actually vinyl (at least it was on my car).

The headlight rings are chrome, I think, but I'm not sure. They have a tendency to pop off when going over a bump at high speed-- I know the exact spot where I lost one!

I would suggest putting the Koni coil-over kit on it and selling it as a driver, but who knows. Maybe a coat of dust is better.

One final thing-- posting the serial number would be helpful to everyone.

Good luck with the sale! This is a lot like my car, so I'll be interested to find out what it goes for.

I've always wanted one of those, unfortunately it's out of my budget. This one to me is a perfect example of just enough patina and age to make a great driver without worrying about wiping it down with a diaper every time a fly farts nearby. Stunningly beautiful lines.
