Winter 05/ Spring 06

Complete rebuild of engine and transmission. Engine rebuild including new Gapless rings, bearings, bushings, timing belts, water pump, engine water hoses, new fuel injectors, spark plugs, wires. Precision cam timing set to Euro specifications. Transmission rebuild includes all bushings, bearings, seals, syncos, and 4/5th gear cluster. New clutch assembly. Installed fuel pressure regulator and gauge. Half shafts bearings repacked and new boot clamps. Mileage: 65,770

New Electromotive Wintec3 EMS controlling ignition and fuel delivery, mounted behind pass seat and can be monitored and programmed by Laptop via serial port. All new wiring in engine compartment for EMS system. Electronic fuel/air gauge has been installed for tuning. Dual fuel pressure pumps.. Intake was modified for performance including 90mm throttle body. Oil passages were reworked for better oil flow and cooling. 2 quart Accusump pressurized oil system Heavy duty radiator and dual front oil coolers.
Suspension : Custom shocks and springs. Massive Series IV Coleman calipers and rotors front and rear Tilton dual master cylinders, adjustable bias front and rear. Dual liquid-damped brake pressure gauges for consistent adjustment. 22mm anti- sway bars front and rear with adjustable links.

Tires/wheels : 2 sets of HRE 16" alloy wheels – 8” fronts, 10” rears. One set with new Yokohama 245/45ZR16 rear and 225/50ZR16 fronts. New Kumho V710 slicks – 225/50/16 front, 265/45/16 rear.

Safety : Harness bar, 6 pt. harness, Halon fire system with actuator button on dash

Other : A/C and heater were removed. Custom Fiberglass front and rear bumpers. Deep front spoiler.

Service :
Regular service performed: Oil, oil filter, and brake fluid (ATE BLUE changed annually, as well as, after each track event (3-5 events per year between 2004-2009). In addition, brake pads, cam belts, plugs and wires, brake lines, motors mounts, clutch and clutch cables replaced as required.

Winter 06 / Spring 07

Body rebuilt and complete exterior repaint. Rear wheel wells expanded / flaired 2”. Suspension rebuilt with Poly-urethane bushings. Complete 4 wheel alignment. New master brake cylinders and rebuilt rear calipers. All new fuel lines including filler hose, and water hoses front and rear. Exhaust headers ceramic coated. New custom dual Supertrapp exhaust system. (2) new O2 sensors. Custom racing oil baffle installed in sump. Trunk interior removed. Rear bumper mounted directly to body. “Birdman” custom fuse block installed along with BUS fuses. Custom radiator fan.


Winter 08 / Spring 09

Replaced front upper ball joints. Replaced all brake rotors, pads, and rebuilt front calipers. Installed (2) new CROW 6 point safety harnesses. Installed front tow ring. Installed new spark plugs. Replaced left rear hub bearings.

Winter 2012
Removed racing seats, roll cage and old harnesses. Purchased and installed stock interior, redyed leather with Leatherique, installed new carpeting.

Spring 2012
Installed new Timing Belts and Tensioner bearings.

Spring 2013
Installed new spark plugs.
