yes we do as long as you finance over 100k... if not it gets kicked to 120 months. witch is 10 years. and we can do that from 50 to 100k for 120 months. Only on our exoticsthanks thanks... no I don't but on carfax you can order the police report. also it shows on carfax what was done. car looks to be pristine. condition. but no pics as we don't know previous owner.

If it was in a parking lot there will not be a police report. Police don't respond to parking lot accidents (private property) unless there is an injury. In most states, unless one driver admits fault, it will be a no fault accident and everyone pays their own repairs.
Don't think so. If the other car was parked the 430 driver's insurance would be paying for everything.
I can tell you with 100% certainty that in NY police fill out accident reports in parking lots if requested (or if there are injuries). Otherwise, the parties can exchange info and handle it on their own if they prefer not to have a police report. Additionally, the parties are responsible to report it to to the DMV if there are any injuries, or the damage is $1,001 or more.
Guys who cares about the policy report. It clearly wasn't a major issue. In fact, it actually says on the carfax that it simply backed into another car. It's not a big deal..
