Late in production (as the factory began taking orders for the Superamerica) new build configurations were allowed - especially interior customization. Most people have never seen 575 (besides a Superamerica) with this much interior detail; the photos don't do this car justice - in person it is drop dead gorgeous! Along with the late production date many factory mechanical improvements were also released in 2004 including: - Steering sensor - improved response from suspension (same part used in FHP) - Shock absorber ECU - F1 Motronic ECU - Control station wiring harnesses - Steering column covers/supports I dare you to find a nicer 575M! There is NO wear even on the driver's bolster. There is NO leather shrinkage or sagging. The "one thing" I can say that isn't in top shape is the flat black lip on the bottom of the front bumper has a few rock chips. ZFFBV55A040136922 will pass any PPI with flying colors. Assistance arranging transportation gladly provided in the US. Just to be clear ALL of the photos below were taken the last week of May 2016, these are current photos. I am a dealer selling this for a long-time customer who is upgrading to a 599. It is possible for the paperwork to be "private party" if that helps with taxes in your state. Allen- Very nice 575M. The FHP steering ECU and the post-Assembly Number 52556 (which this beauty has) steering position sensor are two separate things and not related to each other at all. The steering position sensor and all its related changes were never fitted to early FHP 575Ms (before AN 52556), but obviously FHP with the FHP steering ECU was optional on all 575Ms, pre- and post-AN 52556. Her assembly number is 54629. Here is also my document explaining most of the changes made to the 575M during production. Having the steering position sensor like she has is a big deal. She predates Superamerica production by a few months since she was built in 2003. You can tell that because, like mine, AN 52428, she does not have the Chinetti 50th Anniversary emblem below the ashtray. The earliest 575 SA AN I have is 57644. I remember when this car was offered for sale. It's interesting how these Ferrari's have been crossing our border back and forth.... I brought a Barchetta in from Utah in 2009 and now it's in California, and a TDF Blue/Beige 575M I had went from Ottawa to Calgary to Chicago.....cars have no borders It's a nice car and someone will get an amazing true GT touring car. My '05 575M is at 28,600 miles and driving better as the miles increase.
Funny you mention remembering this car in Canada! I considered your TDF blue 575M at the time I purchased the subject vehicle - I thought the asking price was "crazy" (it was a manual) you held to your guns and the car appreciated even more and if I recall correctly you got a great price way MORE than your original asking price - you showed me!
Terry, I have 136922 as AN 54269 rather than 54629. Seems like that is more likely given 137029 is AN 54463 and 137032 is AN 54605. It wouldn't make a difference as far as the ECU's, just wanted to clarify.
Walker- Entirely possible I have a typo. I have the build sheet and she does indeed have AN 54269. Thanks for the catch. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you for all of the PMs and inquiries. I'm still looking for a serious buyer, reasonable offers considered!
Thanks, Terry. I am looking to change the wheels to something a bit more ... aggressive looking. Stock is nice, just not for me.
The OEM 19" wheels are a good upgrade, but very expensive. The set of Hamann PGIIIs that Mathew has are very nice and so are Novitec NF2s, both now out of production. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
