    This rare and desirable factory right hand drive Ferrari was delivered new to Hong Kong on 30th August 1988 to Mr. Mak Wai Kuen, of Kowloon, by Ferrari concessionaire, Maranello Concess. Orient. Ltd for and on behalf of Italian Motors (Sales and Service) Ltd. Its vehicle registration certificate states it as a GTB 328 with the engine and chassis number as stated. Service receipts are available dating from 1988 through to 1999. The import approval letter states that this was granted to the vendor on 15th November 2004.

    With an odometer reading of 29,037kms this car has barely been driven since its arrival in Australia. Since importation this 328 has gone through a full re-commissioning, including a full service, replacement of timing belts and belt tensioners. (Receipt available) and new Pirelli Tyres, carried out by Sports and Classic Car Service, Melbourne. It has been repainted in Rosso Corso with the interior re-upholstered in matching beige quality leather. It has its original tool kits and reprinted service books ratified with service stamps in accordance with the service history for the car from Italian Motors (Sales and Service) Ltd. Receipts available on request. This car has factory air-conditioning and is the non-ABS version.

    This Ferrari 328GTB is a rare car in Australia and one of so few in the world that we feel quite fortunate and excited to have the opportunity to offer it for auction.

    Thats optimistic for a car that has been repainted and retrimmed, & with duplicate books.

    As we in taks in private with another members, that car still has the “first serie” suspension with the older style of wheels although a significantly higher serial number after 76626.
