Ferrari 360 Modena Gated Black/Nero

I am looking for a gated 360 Modena black on black with less than 40K miles. I dont have any preference with regard to the model year assuming the car has strong service records and any issues associated with specific model years have been addressed. I would prefer a car with limited modifications. I dont mind if the exhaust has been changed, carbon components have been added to the interior or the stereo has been upgraded. A couple other requirements would be that the car has at least 2 sets of keys/fobs, no accidents, leather in good condition on the dash and seats and service history for at least the past 2 years. I am looking for a car to drive not store in the garage so my priority is that the car is mechanically sound, I am less concerned about small paint imperfections. Looking for a car under 100K.
