History
I purchased in August 2016 or 800 miles ago from a private owner out side of San Diego

I have done the following since my purchase with receipts.

Maintenance - Oil change, New engine air filters
Tires are Bridgestones and date stamped 2014 with 80% tread left
All new interior trim and buttons that were sticky
Refinishing the front bumper due to stone chips under the previous 3M film
Removed prior 3M from front bumper, fenders, hood, mirrors
Installed new Suntek paint protection film on full hood fenders and front bumper

Upgrades:
Skid pads for front bumper
S-Line X-Pipe exhaust
Agency Power Headers, Ceramic Coated, Heat wrapped

As a result of the exhaust, the car sounds like a true Ferrari.

Asking price is $119,500 via private party sale. Penfed gives great rates on these if you need financing and they don't mind that it's a 2005 model year like most other banks.

Comes with original tools, Ferrari charger, books, two keys, Ferrari cover, Ferrari battery tender charger.

Thanks for asking. I have always wanted an F430 since they were released however, my work/life balance has led to the car sitting all week only to be driven if the weather happens to be nice on the weekend.

Ultimately, it remains and always will be my dream car and if I keep it then I will not lose sleep and it will be there in the garage teasing me, egging me on to drive it, not to mention the pride of owning something special.

But If I can find someone who will appreciate it the way it deserves then I will find another one in a few years time once my schedule gets a little more conducive to driving it every day.

Bump. Miles are now at 20,400. I would have bumped earlier in the season but it's just too good of a car. The first person to hear how this exhaust sounds is going to buy it.

Also, I took it for a 500 mile road trip this past weekend and the wheels are brake dust free. CCB's are by far my favorite feature!

Last but not least, new price is $109,900.

For those of you not familiar with the S-Line, here are some examples of what it sounds like with zero check engine lights. Basically, it sounds much similar to a 360/355 rather than to a stock (not high pitched) F430 exhaust.

I actually put nearly 100 miles on it today to get the clutch reading taken for interested parties.

Fluid Motor Union @ Iron Gate performed the test. It is 69% worn/31% remaining at 20,522 miles. The interesting thing is that it was in the mid 60's when I purchased it one year or nearly 2000 miles ago so about 4% wear since my purchase. Driving style factors in, sure, but I think it will last for a few more seasons.

Meanwhile, for $105k the car is ready to go with all the right options, clear bra, no sticky buttons, and the best exhaust note you will find from a V8 mid-engine car.
