This blue F12 had a GB theme so maybe should have gone as RHD to the UK customer but it didn't. The Piper 488 Spider was also a UK theme to.
Are Swiss destination cars built to the EU market regulations standard? Maybe Marcel knows the in's and out's for his market?
Middle East cars share the visual specifications with EU, that is, LHD, no side markers. Not sure if internally there might be any differences but FWIW I think they still differentiate in the 8th VIN digit which states geographical market.

Swiss cars are EU spec for the most part. I can tell you that, for example, Swiss and EU LaFerraris share the same 8th VIN digit, "B", so I suspect there aren't any differences anymore in those for EU and those for Switzerland. Until some years ago the 8th VIN digit was an "S" for Swiss cars.

So, the F12 in question, not having side markers and being LHD, could be EU (incl. CH), Middle East, Eastern Asia including Japan (note Japan is an RHD country but most exotics are sold in LHD). The full VIN could surely give us more info.

Yes, same dark blue color as the 250 SWB #2119 of Rob Walker and raced by Sir Stirling Moss. This was its connection for the 70 years series from Ferrari.

Thanks. I actually parked up behind that car in Bond Street, London last year.

Absolutely stunning car. My FF looked absolutely huge by comparison! :-)

Unfortunately I didn't get a photo of both cars together but here are some of the 250 that day.

I was reviewing this and actually you're at least partly right about the USA and Middle East. Here in this reference for the TR series and useful VIN info: Red Headed - VIN Decoder which is a classic VIN info source since many years, says that between 1996 and 2007 USA and ME cars shared market digit "A" and thus specifications, so they should be at least theoretically "interchangeable" between countries. I'm not entirely sure that the reason could be convenience for resale, but there you go.

A little more quick research tells me that Swiss cars fully share EU specs and 8th digit in the latest models at least.

Thanks for the effort and providing further information on the market build question. Always something new to learn when it comes to Ferrari World...

Justin, I'm one of the many that didn't forget. After contemplating these pictures of your beautiful Grigio Ferro I become even more convinced that aesthetically the F12 is a timeless car.

If I may digress slightly; something else you don't see is dual tone paint on the F12. That paint idea was much more popular on the 599 GTO.
F12KID do you recall the F12 wearing TdF blu with a silver paint roof? I think it was a Swiss customer but I only recall one picture from a high angle which I don't have anymore. Your comment on the Lusso roof color reminded me of it. Long before the 599 GTO was thought of there was a 599 with a silver paint roof that was rather bold at that time to.
