Hi guys, I have placed an order for the Lusso and am seriously tempted to go for Rosso Cordoba metallic exterior. While I am sure that Ferrari will be happy to resurrect any of their classic colours (correct me if I am wrong), the newest car I've seen in that colour was Daytona. Has anybody come across of photos of more or less modern Ferraris in metallic Rosso Cordoba? And by all means, share your opinion in the colour. PS Are there any news on carbon fibre interior trim? All that silver plastic looks somewhat cheap. Cheers, Roman
Looks like a beautiful colour if this it: https://www.mecum.com/lot-detail/CA0811-113435/10064/1972-Ferrari-365-GTB/4-Daytona/ Closest contemporary version seems to be Rosso rubino.
That's the problem with this car as I have mentioned before. The interior begs you to spend money on it and CF is the starter as I agree, too much silver plastic.
Ok, finally got production line photo of Rosso Cordoba Metallizzato (106R7) on my GTC4Lusso. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Congrats! Very nice color. Have fun with your future toy! Is there any difference between Cordoba Metallizzato and Rubino Micalizzato?
Thank you! Yeah, there is quite a bit. Cordoba is darker and more bluish. Metallizzato and Micalizzato refer to the type of the metallic flake in the colour. Cordoba Micalizato is also available as well as solid colour. Not sure about their codes, unfortunately.
Pretty color ... slightly purple in some light. Can't recommend highly enough, 15mm spacers and 15mm drop to the whole car. It will slightly tighten up the overly soft suspension, and look a lot better too.
Beautiful and unique GTC4 It would be interesting to see it side by side with vinaccia to see the differences
I'm sure the lighting on the line doesn't do it justice. Please post list sod photos in natural light when you get it.
Possibly not much more than the metallic-ness, as per recent examples they might seem similar shades. Like you, it seems, also reminded me of Vinaccia. This will have to wait, though, just my speculation for now.
Vinaccia is darker colour, especially under direct sun. Easy way to think of Cordoba is as of something between Rubino and Vinaccia. Will post more pictures when I get the car.
Here is the first batch of photos. Colour changes quite a lot depending on the light. Best, Roman Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
