Speccing your 812 yet?

I have placed my order in Italy last week but the delivery is july 2019 !!!!! Does anybody has a so long delivery date ??

 

My delivery is Q2 next year however as per the GTC4L, all options have yet to be made available and will be rolled-out over the coming month/s...they did the same s%#t on GTC4L.....man what a mess of a company.....if I was a shareholder I'd be the 1st people at their AGM.....lol....feel kinda bad for their marketing dept that must spend 80% of their time explaining themselves to dealers/owners/etc....

Really - I thought there were no RHD builds till next year?

 

Hoping for Tri Strato CD Fucile as long as not too big delays in electing for it. Semi aniline leather also, will accept 3 months but more and will hesitate.

 

RHD is 2018 earliest you are right, even demos will not be July 2017 build. No idea what this dealer means.

I was offered a November build for a RHD car but have delayed as I can't make time to do Tailor Made visit until late December or early 2018. I see my order is finally in MODIS though.

 

Any ideas on your interested/desired colour spec?

 

I'm picking-up Opacco, standard and triple layer samples of Titanio from the factory next week. So may do one of them but probably will add some dark blue and do a custom colour. Interior will be sporty - probably not leather. Will be good to see the first customer cars on the road and see how the various options look.

Yes - I am looking at delivery in Summer 2019 as well.

I have a new 488 coming in about a week, and so I will hopefully have 2 years to enjoy that, before I change to an 812.

As David has said, it will be great to see the different options coming through, and as we have plenty of time to choose our spec, there will be no excuses for getting it wrong!

 

Not if you going out of the standard paint range or trim it won't be....

 

I just finalized my order and see in in MODUS. when i get it is anyone's guess!

I learned the hard way with the atelier and my GTC4, go off the standard options and massive delays. likely 12-18 months from now for non standard specs on my lusso (it was my dealers first allocation too).

 

How many out of range options had you chose?

I was asked to spec my 812 today and did, I was told Ferrari wanted my dealer's first two customer to spec this week. No real hard date on delivery yet, but at least it will be at the front of the cue.

 

....on that note, do you have your spec in-mind/hand?

 

In Portugal the dealer told me 13 months to wait...

 

What did you end up choosing for your spec?
