    I am looking for a place to buy authentic women's vintage jewelery (Cartier, Tiffany's, etc.).

    Heritage auctions usually have big sales like this.
    I'm sure other auction houses do the same.
    Or; if you are brave; check out ebay from a proven seller.

    High end vintage/pre-owned watch dealers will often have signed pieces of vintage jewelry.

    I was able to get some Tiffany's stuff at Gray and Sons in Bal Harbor FL. They usually have some Cartier and others.
