    Released today.

    I like the fact that it looks like a watch.

    I don't like the fact that it's Google OS/Android Wear (so not iOS friendly). and 46mm is pretty big, for my tastes at least.

    still, good to see innovation and progress in the watch industry, especially from an established player.

    It's not a limited edition piece but if you buy one you can trade it for the next one, plus the difference.

    what are Adriana's thoughts on this watch? are they selling? if so who is buying? will the trade in program be a PITA for the dealers?

    As they explained it to me they will release a limited edition mechanical watch that only owners of Gen 1 Connected can trade for - in two years - and they have to add $1,500 to do so.

    They're flying out the door, in fact, her store sold 70 of them the first week! They've already sold all of their current allotment of 30. The next batch is half pre-paid but she can hold one (and save you a little scratch) if you want, since you're you.... ;)
