    What about a Tudor? I gave my gf my Tudor Tiger and it fits her well. The new Tudors are very stylish.

    I love the Heritage Chrono Blue. $3500-4k IIRC. wouldn't be a bad choice, especially if she can pull off a 42mm watch.

    Agreed on used and honestly I've always liked them as well. The watch I got the most compliments on ever (especially from women) was the Breitling Montbrillant Datora.
