Ferrari Club of America - Broward Chapter Greetings! Welcome to the new Ferrari Club of America Broward Chapter! Why a Broward Chapter? The FCA encourages the establishment of new chapters because it benefits the membership. FCA members living in Southeast Florida will now benefit from having an even greater variety of fun events to choose from. Any FCA member in good standing (meaning you've paid your dues may participate in club events hosted by FCA Palm Beach, FCA Miami and now FCA Broward or actually ANY FCA event in the country. So this is where we are. The founding members of FCA Broward met last week and elected a Board of Directors: • President - Mitchell Lombard • Vice President and Membership Chair - Hank Carpenter • Events Director - Lena Scott • Treasurer - Monica Zima • Secretary - Fred Burton • Communications Director - Stone Scott A few words about the club Board: we're transparent, we're inclusive, and we are focused on only one thing - organizing fun and memorable events for our members. You can email the Board with comments, suggestions, ideas for events, or to volunteer at [email protected] . It will be a short while before we get a chapter website up. Until then you can socialize with other FCA members, learn about upcoming events, and post relevant material by visiting the Ferrari Club of America - Broward Chapter Facebook Group. Remember: Any FCA member, Ferrari owner, and Ferrari enthusiast may join the FCAB Facebook Group, but only FCA Members in good standing may participate in FCA events. What can you do to help our new club be successful? Participate in the Facebook Group. Email us with suggestions for events you'd like to see. Attend events. And invite your FCA member friends living in Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade to join the Facebook Group so they can stay current on upcoming events. And if they are not on Facebook, have them email us to get added to the email list. We on the Board are excited about the potential for our club chapter. Stay tuned to learn about our first event. Absolutely not, Scuderia is a separate entity and will continue to do our Thursday night dinners, , having said that we would love any Scuderia members who are not FCA members to join the FCA, so they will have even more events to attend
We have the same problem here with people that do not distinguish the difference between the Scuderia Club and the FCA. Scuderia is for fans of the F1 sport and obviously are fans of the Ferrari Scuderia team. It's open to everyone.....(altough many people still think you need to have a Ferrari to join) Then we have the FCA Quebec Chapter. Many members are in both clubs....apples and oranges but they're both Fruits from the Ferrari tree. Good luck with the new club, I am a part-time resident of Broward County so I may join you guys on an outing.....would love to hang out sometime even if my cars are not there.
