Yes, Right down from the Audi dealership.

 

And across I-4 from Aston Martin / Lotus. Now if I can convince the two dealerships to provide a shuttle service back and forth from one to the other, dropping off and picking up cars becomes soooo much easier.

 

FCF actually more than doubled their floor space back around 2001-02. That whole front
section they have now was added once Frank was able to take over the space next door
which sold children's outdoor play equipment.

If you think FCF is small now, you should have seen it then.

Interesting that they're moving from the old site. Will have to check it out the next time

Yeah, it was very tiny back then. They took over that space and put up the Maserati side there for a while.

Is this going to replace the North Orlando/Winter Park location or be a second place like Mercedes did with their South Orlando location?

I think the location is a lot better...closer to Windermere and Dr. Phillips owners.

 

Sounds as though we know a lot of the same people. Bob Talgren as I remember also
had/has a 400i. I saw him at the Winter Park Concours last year, looking just as dapper
as ever.

From the renderings I've seen the dealership will be massive in comparison.

 

Right next to them, they're building the largest Porsche dealership in the world. That stretch is going to be crazy.

 

Larger than Champion? That place is massive...I don't think there is that much room next to FoCF to build a complex as big as Champion if not bigger, is there? I drove by that Orlando area last week and the rendering on the billboard made FoCF look massive as said earlier.

It says 4 acres for Ferrari dealership and 3 for Porsche...wow.

 

Champion is not that big in terms of sq ft. It is big in terms of volume. This one should be much bigger. I saw the renderings.

That's odd. How did you see that? I use an adblocker to stop regular stuff. That website is directly UP Development's website, which is the developer of the property. I don't know why they would have that on their site. Maybe we should contact them?

 

A big red notice came up on my screen saying BLOCKED! If you know their contact details then you should. I put up the information to warn off others who may have less effective protection and stop them getting infected.

Sr. Told me they would get their occupancy in January 2018. I was by there yesterday and they have started the grading.

This has been a long time coming. It will be a lot easier for people to find the place or should I Say to be able to get to the place from I4. Plus it's closer to my house which I requested.

 

Yes, I think the new location is much needed not just for the Fcar owners, but Aston, Jaguar, MB, Audi, etc. Dr. Phillips and Windermere have always had a lot of owners of these and having to go all the way up north basically into Seminole county was too much. I never understood why the Benz dealership was all the way there and only recently opened one up closer to Orlando.

 

The owner told me the timeframe and it was too far out for me to even to remember.
