Fairly straightforward based on thread title. Excluding Ferrari, Lamborghini, Pagani, etc what are some V-12 cars that featured a normal three-pedal manual?
Off the top of my head there seem to be very few. Later E-type Jags can be found with them, 2000+ Aston Martin DB7 as well.

Any others made in the last 40 years or so?

Jag E-type but it is right around that 40 year mark. Only boutique builders come to mind when thinking of V-12 models.

Were any M-B models made with a stick?
    750/760 BMW?

No stick in the 750, only the 850. Jag xjs v12 can be converted to stick, but not a whole lot of v12's out there.

I think the BMW 850 is one of the great cars of all time.

XJS in the US was auto only I believe.

Aston Martin DB7 was available in stick, and are very reasonably priced these days.

Fair enough, was available as a manual in the UK in series 1 form.

only 510hp when I looked at the car. The Aston Martin is the only British car that gave me good service.

Concerning the V12 XKE they have a longer wheel base and do not handle as good as the 6 cylinder JAG. At least this is what I have been told by friends who have owned these. There is not much difference in power I am told although the 12 cylinder is much smoother.

One of the best looking cars of all time in my view.

There is a line of thought which holds that ANYTHING with a V-12 is something of an exotic.

    850 is inexpensive to purchase.

I doubt it is inexpensive to maintain. With that deferred maintenance will often be the case with cars available for sale.

Ditto. I cannot think of a V-12 car that is not borderline exotic. Maybe some BMW or Jaguar, but the V-12 versions of either really are somewhat exotic to my eyes.

And ironically, I feel that the Ferrari V-12 cars are somewhat of a bargain for the powerplant. 456, 550 are just plain sensibly priced. Probably very expensive to maintain, that expense driving price down, but I'd look hard at them. And I agree with Lee about E-types. I think the Series I 6 cylinder is the car to have. The later V-12s just got bloated and I bet brutally unreliable.

When they became $40k... LOL. On a serious note, I've never thought of AM as exotic. To me, they're more luxury-sport than anything.
