Cadillac's management

I know the Cadillac's design language and direction, along with its GM parent, is either a love-or-hate thing, but I don't understand the management of this brand:

They were (and still are, *I think*) on the right track, but seem to always unsure of what to do.

Once they've finally got some relevance, they go introduce a new logo. They hired the former President of Audi's North American division and CEO of Infiniti a few months ago-who then is moving the brand's top brass and official headquarters from Detroit to New York.

I do think the new CTS and ATS Coupe are sharp looking--and hopefully they help stop and redirect the sales slump.
