I am doing a compilation video of cars with popup headlights, and I've got a ton of them already. I am looking to film the headlights popping up on the following cars:

    Aston Martin Lagonda
    Lancia Stratos
    C4 Callaway Corvette
    AMX/3
Cizeta V16T (may have this one covered)
    Jaguar XJ220
    De Tomaso Guara
    De Tomaso Mangusta
    Lotus Elite/Eclat/Excel
    McLaren M6GT
    Toyota 2000GT
    Saab Sonnett III
    Subaru XT
    Venturi
    Volvo 480
    Panther Solo

I'm not expecting to get all of them, and that's okay. But if anyone has or knows somebody who has one, I would be very grateful for any help. Thanks guys!

    A mid-year Corvette (1963-1967) would be good.
Probably one of the slower pop-up headlight mechanisms.
    I own a 65 convertible.

It doesn't appear that many people read the original post! This would probably be easier in the summer with meets and cruises.

If you can get to any concours there's usually a Cord 810... Not on your list but might make an interesting historical footnote.

Got a few of them! A popup headlights video wouldn't be complete without the Cord.

Just to be clear, I have footage of several Vectors, BMW M1s, Miuras, LP400 Countach, Ferrari Daytonas, TVRs, Lamborghini Urraco, Lamborghini Jalpas, Maserati Indy/Merak/Ghibli, and many other rare cars. You name it, I probably have it. ;)

    Chris,

Do you already headlamp video of the 1970 Ferrari 512 S Modulo?
It was built by Pininfarina and is now owned by Napolis.

It is, to me, the coolest car ever made.

Check out from 1:05 to 1:20 in the following video:

    Hi Ron,

I LOVE the Modulo!! I don't have footage of it, or any overseas concept cars for that matter. I actually heard that Jim Glickenhaus recently bought it and is planning to make it more drivable. I am a HUGE fan of those wacky concept cars. Another one to check out is the Aston Martin Bulldog.
