    Logo seems to be that of Sterling mfg. Co., Cleveland,OH.
    Domestic and vintage so I doubt the scale is bar. Very low pressure, probably not for a combustion engine.
    Steam engine ?

    Pressure gauge with the last zero dropped off? 2= 20; 10=100? That would be about right for oil pressure.

    Not a T as they had no pressurized oil system..( splash )
    Large number of gauge makers in the 20s- 30s...low numbers sound industrial as the case sizes were fairly standard ... Someone has cut the top of the flange off so it might be several iterations from original use.Most likely PSI.

    Chas, I found that one too and the shape matched but not the mfgr of the oil gauge (though sterling made the ammeter)
