    Just saw a video online posted by a Huayra owner that stated that the Zonda is set to come to the USA in a year or two. I hope it's true...one supercar definitely missing over here.

    Are the legal requirements changing? Or, will these have Show & Display licenses?

    must be on a show display license. Same as the koenesegg agera.

    From what I understand the US government grants the show license for a short period 1-5 years, during that time they expect the companies to come into compliance. Zonda had already used up their allotted time and the last time they applied for the license they were turned down.

    I think Zonda's issue was the airbag

    Maybe that has changed with a new model?

    I saw a story that said that the US accounted for 40% of Huayra sales, so presumably they must be fully compliant, at least that is what I would guess…T

    I've personally seen a Zonda in a private garage in California years ago.

    I read that the '' legal zonda'' will be basically a huayra frame with zonda (R in Companc's case) body parts. M120 issue would probably be a heavily choked one to comply with emissions (what the owner does after that with a different exhaust is another case ;)).

    Iirc the zonda and huayra are basically same frame just with some mounts and different places...
