    After perusing the classifieds I saw Richris1's ad to trade land for a car. I think it's pretty creative. I classify myself as a professional lurker but wanted to see other members opinions on this.
    Have you/Would you ever trade your exotic for a piece of Real Estate?

    Would I? Yes of course.

    Do I think there's any possible chance of a deal ever getting done? No way. Too many variables.

    Yes, maybe, and no! Most times when someone wants to trade, its to get something easier to sell. 9 times out of 10, the real estate is in a bad location. And real estate is location, location, location. Willing to trade for potentially depreciating assets is usually a sign of bad location.
