    My wife just traded her 14 GL550 for a 16 Escalade, and when she said she wanted to do so I was very skeptical. Once she got it home, I am very very impressed with it. The interior leather is better than what we had in the GL, same with the fit & finish. My wife driver a lot for work so she puts a lot of miles her cars, and when we traded it in it had like 30k on the clock. The GL had a ton of rattles and I was not that impressed on how it was holding up to wear and tear. The Escalade doesn't handle as well as the GL but, I really like the Cadillac, and I would consider buying more Cadillac product if they are on par with this. Does anyone know how the rest of the Cadillac line compares with the build quality of the Escalade.

    There is a new "V" Escalade coming next year, improved brakes, handling and over 600HP.

    My suggestion would be to go test drive a CTS V, ATS V, and the upcoming CT6 Sedan.
    I'm on my 3rd CTS V Coupe and have had 0 problems or issues over the last 4 yrs leasing said vehicles.
