This is used on airplanes. You check for metal in the oil once a year to make sure the engine is okay.

I was looking to purchase an Enzo Ferrari . I decided to do an oil analysis to be sure the engine was okay before I bought the car. The analysis came back bad with a lot of metal in the oil.

I checked to see what the fixes would cost me and I was shocked. I could afford the car but not the repairs and most likely not the ongoing repairs either. So I walked away from the car.

I also had a car body man look at the Enzo and It had been hit and fixed poorly although the car looked good.

    Happy hunting :)
