Can someone confirm that the original color of the SE30 brake calipers is black?
Actually, the parts manual has a number as well, that's how I got it through the factory; but they will make a copy of the original one that Emilio has, too bad!
hi Emilio, the black modern looking one, is indeed an Audi era reprint - my Diablo owners manual has a similar cover, as is direct from the factory like that (i.e. a reprint). The blue covers I think are from the pre-Audi era, when the bonnet badges on the last 1990 Diablos were also blue rather than black. Sadly these are no longer available either (badges or blue books).
Finally had the privilege to meet one of my childhood dream cars this past week at cats. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I am not sure but I think that it was optional, and that the original cover looked like this, but there might be other versions Image Unavailable, Please Login
it depends ... there are old black originals first editions (countach 5000S, jalpa, etc..) and there are later second editions original lamborghini factory manuals but reprints
On my window sticker is stated custom Diablo cover. Wondered if the SE was delivered with a special cover. Unfortunately the original owner does not recall. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here are pics of the SE30 custom car cover that came with this car. It has the logo on the front as you can see in the first pic, and on the left rear, is has the SE30 wreath/logo and wording. It also came with a small carrying case that is shown in the third pic. The material feels like silk, but is probably a real fine satin or similar material. It has an underlayer of protective fuzzy material. This is the only SE30 original car cover I have ever seen in person, although I have seen them in pictures. I know several people who own SE30s, but none have the cover! I wonder where they all went???? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wonder where they all went as well? I guess my search begins. Anyone out there know where an SE30 cover is hiding?
This is other se30 yellow with airscope at 50 giro...do you know if it is yota?? Image Unavailable, Please Login
seems that no Jota kit is installed though - you can see out the back window, while Jota's are completely blocked off from the air intake.
Victor, your SE? If it's the only purple on in CO, I've seen it at the Boulder(ish) C&C last year, looked great! Too bad you had to park it way out on the side...
Please be aware that this car is sold (and priced) as 'unfallfrei', while the car has been very badly wrecked. And when I say badly I mean that I don't think that any of the exterior parts are still original. Furthermore, the car is obviously not restored to original spec and colour as well Lamborghini Diablo SE30 als Sportwagen/Coupé in Ried im Innkreis
i completely forgot about it... it is an SE30 bronze model, numbered i venture to guess they "should" have built one for every SE30 made...but i am not sure they really made so many. this is the only one i have EVER seen and i purchased it from a man that worcked with factory since the 70's and 80's, sort of an un official lambo dealer in the era when they were making some 20-100 cars / year this is number 12 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Anyone know what happened to the 30th purple, US Spec car, that lived in Portland & Seattle in the late 90's/ early 2000's? Was Arab owned and ended up for sale in Kuwait last I saw.
