Are those parts prices insane or what?

2 high beam sealed beam headlights: $268.80 ($11 each at Autozone)

2 low beam sealed beam headlights: $258.40 ($11 each at Autozone)

More than $500 for four headlights that can be bought at Autozone for $44 (retail) is an outrageous markup.

Just because a standard sealed beam headlight fits in a Ferrari doesn't mean that it should cost any more. Nice screw job!

That may well be since the odometer only goes up to 99,999 km before starting over again.

Makes you wonder what they actually did for $5,100 in labor (before discount, pang of conscience?) which would be 51 hours at $100/hr. That's a lot of hours.

If "tune engine" includes a valve adjustment, which requires removing and refitting the carbs, I can see that but the actual work involved is pretty vague.

Oh, yeah, $27.50 for "special freight" on the headlights! What next, a labor charge for opening the boxes they came in? LOL!

Well--regarding headlights they COULD have been NOS Carrello H4/H1s and NOT sealed beams yes?

I don't put AutoZone sealed beams in anything....
