Let's just get this out of the way. Russian Mak .380ACP bought new by me. A couple magazines of shells thru it and the novelty wore off. This is a ridiculously heavy gun to just be a .380 ACP. Machining is quite Soviet in nature. Oh, and TARGET SIGHTS? Huh? Ok, here's some eyewash after that Mak. Nice old Ruger .22LR, just a plinker. But it looks good and feels good and sounds good. Lovely lumber with nice checkering. I would like the Model 19 .357.... Like you, that was my "first gun".... Unlike you, mine came from a Pawn Shop and must have belonged to LEO. It had nickel plating and rubber grips! It was a serious looking piece. I only ever shot .38 +Ps..nasty jacketed hollow points. ..and the .20 gauge Citori as previously posted. Need to train my new Labrador what life is about!

Are you selling the suppressor with the gun? Make and model of the suppressor would be nice. Possibly interested. Also, if you need any help with the legalities of transferring the suppressor, please let me know. I help manage NFA inventory and legalities for a local FFL, as you probably know transferring suppressors isn't super easy.
