It´s probably XLA12421. Please note the badges in the rear grill (indicates a late car). Also the small round front side turn lights have no chrome ring around which is not that often. Also i have one photo of XLA12421 with wing, but not the black or carbonfiber rear wing flap.
For sale on consignment by Gosford. Bought by Gosford as part of their own display stock. about to come up for sale again.
So I was invited again to drive along Andrei and his friend in the Diablo SV as he took the Diablo Roadster and the friend took the 91 Diablo Oh man, he was crazy to hand me the keys and say "follow me" I can say I am IN LOVE with the way the SV drives and sounds. The early Diablo is TOO crude for me, which is sad as the Countach (dream car) could not be any better. Much love <3 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
VIN is ZA9DE22A0VLA12652. '97MY but '96 build as it has the compliance plate of entry into Australia dated 1996. It has the low wing and the staggered wheels (17" front, 18" rear).
Sorry to be a little bit off topic, but I saw this picture from the earlier pages of this thread and was wondering where to get gloves from this picture?: Image Unavailable, Please Login
With some luck this gloves pop up sometimes on ebay... I just found and bought a pair on ebay as a spare set.
That's a standard Diablo kit, not SV, correct? The SV supplementary manual is missing and the SV key remote is different.
This is a MY99 Diablo Kit, there is no difference between 4WD, SV or Roadster. The key remote is correct from MY98, it´s a remote from the brand "med". Which SV supplementary do you mean? Please share a photo if you can, just curious what you mean! Regards Leo
I got confused with the supplementary booklet for the Roadster. This is the remote that came with my SV. The pin info, booklet, etc, is all in Italian. As that one in the picture was the last one that broke, I had to get new ones from Cobra. They had to source them from Europe as supposedly it was an Italy only system. Not really, I've seen it on my mom's year 2000 made/bought Renault... if I'm correct... That's quite surprising, I didn't know it could have been Cobra alarm remote.

I´m not a fan of post production modifications. It´s more than common and a part of Lamborghini history in Japan. Hopefully one day the cars will be restored to original specification. This is what they deserve IMO.
