We're there any Miuras offered at the auction houses at the Monterey during the activities?

Miuras are relatively rare cars with total production being just over 760, so we are going to see some years where there isn't a single one up at auction, and in the 25 years we have been going up for the Pebble Beach weekend, this isn't the first year I've seen this.

My thinking is you see more cars come available when the market is perceived by owners & potential sellers to be in an upswing. Following the last 2 years, the perception is that now isn't the best time to sell, or, get top dollar for an average car. A rising tide raises all boats and a couple of years ago it was easy to sell a mediocre car for a lot of money. That has changed.

All that said, my personal experience from dealing with these cars full-time is that what you will have to pay for a really good example has remained unchanged the last few years.

    Yes, JOey.

    You are perfectly right.

And it's the same even in our old Europe.

Prices are not lowering, it's only that people have finished to try to sell shrimps the price of lobsters.

The Premium is for Top Quality cars.

Matching numbers and colours, clear history, no mods.

    Top original cond. or Concours.

Your comment "try to sell shrimps the price of lobsters" made me laugh because it's SO appropriate and relevant to the market in recent times.

    Hope you are well.

WHO known FA automobiles in France ?
It look like that they have built plenty of new Lamborghini Miura chassis with Marchesi in Italy

Not at all. I know of 2 cars that recently changed hands for strong numbers.

That being said, VERY good cars.

Leaves enough room for a proper restoration plus some cushion for the effort. No wonder it sold in hours. I sent it to a friend who was looking for one but he wasn't fast enough.

Agreed, appears to have been a great buy! Hope the car stays in the USA!

    Anyone know the chassis number?

A lot of critics saying that Gullwing rip-off a lot of owners by buying their cars cheap, but at least they pass on these low prices to the new owners !

Congratulations to Peter Kumar and his team for doing this

(please note: i have no affiliation whatsoever with them).

The classic cars scene is quickly gaining pace in Thailand; here is an SV cruising in Bangkok.
I would really like to know if it has been in Thailand since new or imported recently.
In this case, considering an import tax on cars of 300%, we really have a Lamborghini enthusiast here !!
