Nice car, but the info that you provided is not correct. There were 24 RHD SE made and of these, I believe only one or two cars no longer exist today.
Many thanks. When I have it restored the intakes will go back to standard. As for the Golden Bull, it has always been there.
Welcome p30lam! Your F40 comparo is appropriate, they should be @ par. 089 is the only original as-new car on the market right now. Nero Metallizzato is a Pearlized version of Black. I addressed the USA-mandated speedo requirements here http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/145424332-post1644.html and the docs supplied are attached. BTYW, 046 has @ three times the milage you state at this point. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I am surprised that one of the owners of the 1300 RED F40's doesn't pick up a cooler , almost 10 times rarer SE30 for 1/2 to 1/3 of the current price. This is a moment to buy and the black low mile car is a real no brainer ! And when you get bored of it(if you ever do)....A future auction superstar!
I've never seen a number that high. Always 15 (maybe 16) which given traditionally 10% of total run would be earmarked would make sense. I don't have a definitive number however and it's mainly conjecture. But I'm pretty sure I'm nearer the button than 24. I do categorically know of 3 that were lost on the track and one that burnt out and was basically a parts mule.
24 based on factory documentation, I personally know of 23 cars (at least) Which three cars that you are referring to?
Those are the normal Euro belts, from what I understand the USA belts have a runner on the bottom that secure you when you enter the car.
Alex, you don't want to know, that and the monstrous grab-handle are two USA-only features that have no redeeming qualities, both of which the Canada-spec 089 does not have.
I find the Euro the purist design with the exposed fill cap, lack of side markers and smooth dash in front of the passengerni Image Unavailable, Please Login

I am follwowing this thread since some time. Lots of great information. These cars are amongst the most fascinating Lamborghinis ever; I see them in line with the best models, like Miura SV, Diablo QV, etc. But guys, let's get around with some realistic market figures: Where do they stand with realistic prices (this means market prices, not dream-requests) now: * Euro spec SE30s * USA spec SE30s * SE30 Jota * SE30 Jota with road Registration And how many of the SE30s have had accidents/ were total write offs. Those who know the market: let's jump on it and give us your comment!
