Marcel will need a secretary to keep track of all those serial numbers floating around there. He is probably on a first name basis with most of those owners!
Judging done, all good except the fog lights that worked when I left London decided not to work. The judges were kind enough to give me 10 minutes to fix. I found the right fuse, but as soon as I changed it it sparked again. So opened the lights and there was a loose wire in the front driver side fog light, tightened that, new fuse and it worked! Off to have a drink now!!
Ferrari obviously was not charging nearly enough when their favourite clients "on the list" were writing a cheque before!
Dear Sir, Big Bravo for the great trip you did with your gorgeous car, and for sharing these beautiful experiences with us. Just for your information: the LaFerrari Aperta (extra lot) was auctioned for charity purposes (called "Save the Children"), this special sale was announced as a "no taxes, no commission sale". So, the €8.3m go entirely to charity. Ferrari, RM Sotheby's and Italy's Ministerio dell'Economia e delle Finanze did this one for free...

I bet it was. Fantastic thread and well done to you Sir for allowing yourself and your magnificent car to enjoy this thrilling journey and for letting us all come along for the ride
Thank you and thank you to all of you that have made supportive comments. Many people have also come up to me the last 3 days and said "are you Roma??" thanks to you too you made my day. The enthusiasm and positive energy on this trip has been really great.
You've done well Roma. Sadly I missed you both in Modena (left before you arrived - it was SO hot) and arrived a couple of minutes too late at the factory gates even though my hotel, the Planet is right opposite. Shame about the rain and thunderstorms now. I think Jamiroquai just finished as I can't hear drums and bass any more. Guess you still have an hour coach ride back to Parma. I'm off to bed - lucky me.
Thank you for posting so many pictures and comments of the activities. Clearly you are having a great time.
