bottom of any page, it says "FerrariChat-New". mouse over that and the option to switch to "FerrariChat-Old" will pop up.

Can we have bigger avatars like the old one?
What is the indicator whether a thread contains pictures without opening it?

TapaTalk is way down the list of priorities. I use it as well, so I can dig what you're saying.

First priority is to get Desktop set to liking - and bear in mind that what happens on desktop carries over to Mobile Platform.

Other sites I'm on that made the much needed switch from unsupported vB to supported Xenforo have not done as pleasing a job in that regard - by a longshot. So, for their Members, TapaTalk is a complete Hallelujah necessity.

We have discussed avatars in depth and the general answer is that they are extremely limited on new software, but I will add to list for future development of our custom theme.

There is no such indicator.

Yeah, I cavalierly Reported your posts a whole bunch of times, and we cavalierly laughed and laughed, yet still, you didn't get banned by some cavalier mudderator.

 

That's because us globule mudderators can't see nothin'. At least not yet. so given that, um, yeah.

Just a heads up that the 'favourites' icon on my iPad is showing up as Xenforo - NOT Ferrarichat.

 

how to multi-quote posts? Not seeing that option when hitting the reply button....

It's not a big deal, but it kind of sucks that when you click "more options", the only option you get is "preview". It would be better if it just had the "preview" button, instead of "more options", rather than requiring you to click the "more options" button and then click again on the only option that is revealed (although maybe superusers like moderators see more options than are visible to regular users).

If the software allows you to change the order of options, then "preview" should go before "upload a file", which is far less commonly used, then "preview" would have single click access and "upload a file" would require the additional "more options" click.

 

it seems like the search functionality has changed. Now, when I go to the search function the default box only allows me to search for users and specify dates. i cannot search keywords unless I go into the advanced features. It is way more beneficial to search keywords for useful information. Is this a setting or configuration?

 

It'd be great if rob and booker didn't chase off people like Marcel, but that may not be a software specific issue.

 

I was just pointing out how to do it. I agree, more clicks is not better.

 

I wasn't attacking the messenger and/or problem solver (AKA you ) with that comment, I was just pointing out the inefficiency to the Fchat admins who are tweaking the new software.
