The next meeting of the Auto Lunch Bunch will be Tuesday, November 4. The place will be the Waikiki Yacht Club and the time will be 12:00 noon. This month the theme will be Ford. A 2015 Ford Mustang is scheduled to appear. Also on display will be a 2005 Ford GT, a Superformance Cobra Daytona Coupe, and a 2011 Shelby GT 350. The Ford GT has been modified to reach in excess of 200 MPH in a standing start mile. The scheduled speaker is the Ford GT owner. The meeting notice seems to cast some doubt on the appearance of the speaker and the new Mustang.
HI The Ford GT has made a previous appearance at the auto lunch. I am quite sure I remember more details given at that time. The modifications and the timed run were done on the mainland. I'll bet up to 25 cents that it wasn't on H1 at 5:30 in the afternoon....;>)
