I had a 328 until recently and had it serviced by a highly competent mechanic named Chris Gemini. He has suspended his business while he works on his homestead, and I don't know how amenable he'd be to taking on new work. He's at cgacustom.com and lives near Volcano. On the Kona side there are a couple of possibilities: European Auto Specialist of Hawaii owned by Mike Getzinger, whose shop is in Kealakekua. He specializes in Porsches, but I have seen a couple 308s in his shop being worked on. He's at [email protected]. The other is another independent who once was a tech for a big-name Ferrari dealership in California. I believe he is at the Auto Clinic of Kona, 808-329-3787. That should get you started. Good luck in your search!
