    A friend of mine bought one a few months back...in that color. He loves it.
    Also has the original in dark green which he has had forever.
    Cool cars but do they have a soul?
    I drove his original and I didn't think so—but perhaps one drive isn't enough.

    Still, must appreciate the engineering.

    One drive is all it usually takes for me to detect soul. Great cars will emanate with just a good walk around. Performance and handling another story.

    I believe you are quite correct with that statement. I expect the "soul-less" car list is nearly endless...

    I'm not sure I agree with that. Just because a car doesn't try and kill you or break down a lot doesn't mean there's no soul. Maybe it's just living in a different place. The NSX I had for a day had soul. My BMW i8 has soul. It's not the same as my 458 or as a '95 355 or something but it's there. We live in such a cool car time best we can do is appreciate them before they're all lifeless electric cars.
