That's pretty awesome, I can only imagine the work drywalling that ceiling. Where in pa are you located at? I doubt near me, but if you are I'd switch to yours. Best of luck to you!!!
You are right the drywall on the ceiling was one of the biggest challenges. I thought i might of got away cheaper with a different product such as soffit but it came back more ex more expensive. We put up 30R insulation with the drywall spackle and paint and was still cheaper than the sofit. We are located by Hazleton PA Image Unavailable, Please Login

What's your focus? Looks like a nice facility, though maybe a lot of air to heat. I like Matrix equipment and a couple other lines. A little platform form for olympic/power lifting might be nice. Do your best to keep it drug free.
What's your focus? Helping people stay healthy though maybe a lot of air to heat. Totally agree it is alot of air to heat hence the 30R insulation and 19R walls. This will be the first year so i cant give accurate estimates just guessimates on the heating and cooling costs.
