    I'm looking for a high quality general multivitamin. The ones I keep running across have what appear to my untrained eye to be extraordinarily high doses of certain things and I can't imagine this is a good idea over the long term. If it matters I'm 41, in decent shape, and no major health issues. Suggestions would be most appreciated!
