I just wanted to share but where do I begin? I was a serious gym junkie from '88-'96 and was consumed with technique (due to physical limitations from injuries) and nutrition. Skipping ahead 20yrs I just started again and hope I will be sore tomorrow. I still maintain a 15% BFR (genetics are my savior).

    Best of health.

Most people think their BFR is lower than what it actually is. I'm willing to bet yours is not 15%.

Just returned from the Gold's Gym for a formal BFR test and I currently have a 29.5% BFR, still fine!!!

Is the "Life Challenge" thread the one where mentally challenged people talk shat about others to make them feel like they are better than others?

No, it's the one where people call out BS like "15%....err I mean 30%"

At least I am honest and don't "tea bag" for approval from others ;) and it's 29.5%, what's yours?

I participate in the subscribed forum fitness threads. Not getting into a pissing match with you as you'll implode again in a month and be gone. But we can start a bfr versus bal level thread anytime.

I think you misunderstand what the term tea bagging means

Just saw this thread, sad that missed it because I got a laugh out of 15% body fat. I work out six days a week, eat clean 60% of the time, healthy-ish 30% of the time, and cheat meals probably 10% of the time and I'd be stoked with BF of 15% or less. I'm willing to bet that OP's 30% is still low. I know a personal trainer who is absolutely shredded, he thought he was around 6-7% BF but when he got it tested in one of those body pods it was around 12%.

Who cares about BF ... If one has a 4 pack or better and you're over 40 be content . If all your health number ( BP, cholesterol etc) are good then be happy .

Most struggle to have a waist less then half their height .

If you can't be the best then be consistent

Sometimes I wonder if texasmr2 and proof69 are the same person. I mean, has anyone ever seen them together in the same room?
