Hello all, The Mrs. and I are going to be in Amsterdam for couple of days this fall. I could use some help with recommendations for a nice restaurant in Amsterdam for dinner. I looked at Vinkeles and Vermeer. Are there others you'd recommend instead of these? Thanks in advance for your help.
Yes LOETJE is good and Also NORLING and BRIDGES The last 2 are a bit more expensive but Nice. Have Fun in Amsterdam!
If you have time to get to The Hague, would suggest the following. La Passione Restaurant La Passione It Rains Fishes It Rains Fishes Home (the liquid N2 homemade ice cream was awesome!)
Seafoodbar!! Tiny but very good restaurant is Beulings, max 25 guests fit in there. It's situated in the 9 streets part of the canals in the Beulingstraat. Not very cheap though. In "de Pijp" is Volt (Ferdinand Bolstraat) small restaurant with very good food and bar (lots of different beers). Other nice restaurants are: Rijks, Morgan and Mees, Sent, restaurant Blauw (Indonesian food), Johannes. La Rive and many many more ;-)

Just had a splendid long relaxed lunch at the Spui branch - spacious good service fab seafood - terrific recommendation - thanks - under Eur 50 each including wine
