Looks like he will be keeping his real Miura SV. I wish he restored the car back to original USA specifications

I do see the cars as being slightly over priced by 15%.

 

I don't really follow the vintage Lambo market, but those prices seem super reasonable compared to F car prices lately. If the Miura were a Ferrari would it be $5MM?

 

That dark blue Islero is so beautiful.

 

Yes, I think Miura S and SV examples with production numbers around 150 each will increase greatly over time. Compared to Ferrari examples they are VERY undervalued.

 

I believe that all 3 Miura models will continue upward, even if things are flat for a while like pricing this year. In Monterey this year, there were plenty of people looking to buy... I told them to bid at the auctions that weekend, and they can have one!

 

As there is nothing like a Miura in this world the prices will go up for eternity

 

One thing to note, there are more S variants then P400 cars by the tune of 100 cars.

Arguably, you need a P400 if you want the original supercar..... IMHO this is truth.

 

During approximately 2007, a nice red and black car was sold on eBay for 39.9K - BIN. The owner had a shop bill to pay for a classic V-12 F car engine rebuild. The Islero was sacrificed to pay the bill. At the time, an off the shelf Countach 'driver' would bring more than a restored Islero. The Islero was under appreciated for a long time.
