    I read that the state will have to approve $4.5M in funds for improvements to NOLA to make this happen. I hope they realize what an event like this would do. I had the support of the state twenty eight years ago.

    Some years ago, I was sitting next to a Cajun guy at the old Krispy Kreme in Pensacola. (It was the only thing open after 9 pm.) We got to talking, and I asked him why Edwards wasn't running for governor again. "Stole it all, he. Der nuthin left to steal." Enuf said.
