This is a Maserati Quattroporte I, rare A-Version, this means its one of the few early cars that came by Maserati fitted with the very advanced DeDion rear axle.
Most of this A-Version-cars are vanished today.

This car, chassis No. AM 107.178, has an older restoration (Yves Jägendorf, Zürich) and is in an very nice and good condition.

There is no rust anywhere on the coachwork and the paint is excellent.

The engine runs flawless, compression is excellent, and it´s dry underneath without any notably leaks.

It still has the original leather interior in great condition, but now with a very nice patina.

The car is located in Germany and for any more detailed information and photos, please contact me directly via [email protected].

The car is correctly prized at 54.500 Euros.

A recent service and refreshment of some mechanical parts (rear axle, carburettors, ignition, Mike Sanders body-cavity sealing) were done by my very experienced mechanic.

That is a VERY good example of the very first Quattroporte! Good luck with the sale.I do have a new rear wind screen for this car..... Do you know about someone that would need it? It is brand new. It just take space in my very limited garage.

    Fantastic car!

It shows quite clearly that you really have cared for this QP1. I hope you find a proper caretaker for her next 50 years!

    Kind regards

Unfortunately, the QPI Series II window lifter assembly is not the same as
the QPI Series I. I have both a Mexico and a Series II QP1, whose window
lifter assemblies are identical, but unfortunately do not match what is shown
    by Trotzki.

That being said, there are always exceptions.

    Thank you for fast answers.

I will try MIE and also find out what a brazen reproduction would cost.

Mitchell, if your part really fits, what would be your price?
Maybe you send me an PM.

    Best

    Hello Thorsten...

I believe there may have been one of these, or at least similar, for sale on e-bay last
week or so... Maybe there is a way you can find out if this window mechanism was used
on any other Italian cars.... Good Luck!
