Dear knowledgable enthusiasts, been looking forward to this sunny day all week. Driving the Indy on a day like this was all i was craving for after the winter. Unfortunately all the noise i got from the starter was a circling fan like noise like it would not connect to the engine. Last weekend it was starting fine and so far i never had problems with it. Been repairing the light switch and some other bits so at first suspected the battery being low (Its a new battery that i just installed last week). According to a fellow Indy owner i gave the starter a few knocks thinking the magnets might be stuck and also checked the connections as well as the ground cable but no luck. After 4 hours in the dark and cold garage i had to get back on my bicycle without the smile i had planned for the day. You think i should exchange the starter or have it overhauled? Any other recommendations are much appreciated Hope you all had a lovely weekend best from berlin Dirk
