My passenger side window has decided to take a rest -- in the down position. Can the access hole in the door panel be used to move the window manually, or is it just for adjusting the travel? Is there a special tool for this?

Here's a photo (thanks, Ivan; I'm loving it!)

Glad you are still enjoying the Sebring.

You can use the access hole to manually move the glass up an down. Sometimes the window motor will stick and moving the glass a little will make the motor work. A flat head screwdriver should do the job.
