What a moron. I feel sorry for the car - it must be so embarrassed!! I saw this going down westheimer yesterday. Hope he hasn't chopped anybody's legs off yet! How can this be legal??

I cant figure people out sometimes just when you think you have crap like this appears. Reminds me of some of the roached out cars in my area with a certain illegal group of people that seem to slap every gaudy option on their ride because it makes it look cool in their head. I love the big wings on Honda accords they need as much down force they can get.

Honestly, since you have the plate, I'd report that to the police. Looks super dangerous.

I think it's awful (and should be illegal) but it appears to be a genuine Texan product: http://www.texanwirewheels.com/about-texan-wire-wheels/

On another site the purpose is explained:
"The Orangatang Poke Rims by Texan Wire Wheels are a set of stylish rims that also double as an effective way to prevent other drivers from parking too close to your vehicle.
On the road, these rims will also prevent other drivers from getting close enough to scrape the paint from your vehicle. If your car is your pride and joy, these stylish, albeit somewhat standoffish rims seem like a promising way to keep other drivers at bay.".

Just have your attorney's number handy when he gashes your child's legs and you will own his car in short order.

…and if you're THIS worried about your paint, then you can't really afford this level of car.
