    Havre de Grace is tough. It is pretty much right between Philly's Algar Ferrari dealership and Competizione in Gaithersburg MD - a very well respected independent shop. You could also contact Radcliffe motors in Reisterstown MD - probably closest. I am not aware of any other independent shops closer.

    I'm in havre de grace every week for work. I can at least put some eyes on whatever it is your looking at.

    You could try Cignatta's in Abingdon. He knows these cars extremely well.
