    Hello Greater Philadelphia Area:

A new documentary, "The Mirage" will make its debut at the Philadelphia Film Festival on Friday October 24th, 2014 @ 9:30 PM

A behind-the-scenes look into the world of car design, construction,
and the politics behind it, The Mirage is a compelling documentary
on the near-success of a modern rarity: the independently
manufactured sports car that almost was.

    Synopsis:
Certain he could create a better high-end-performance car than
anyone else, Peter Kalikow sets out to build one from scratch that
will be conservative, well-built, beautifully made, and comfortable.
Working with some of the great luminaries of the European
automotive industry, Kalikow endeavors to fuse the sophistication
of European automobiles with American reliability. The result,
after three years of development, design, and modeling, is the
Momo Mirage. Earning the cover of Road & Track magazine, the
Momo Mirage debuts to rave reviews at the New York International
Auto Show, seemingly primed for success. But, falling victim to
international events beyond its creator’s control, the car’s name
turns out to be a premonition.

Tickets are free, I'd love to be able to pack the theatre for my film's debut.

    Kyle, Director "The Mirage"
