I sent him a text message. Just three or four months ago they were asking sticker plus for these cars.

I guess these Z-28's have not been around long enough to see what depreciation will be like. Jim loves his.

I cannot believe this car has not sold! If I hadn't just bought a GT3 I would be test driving it. And considering how much money I was saving!!

Could be. I just tend to be wary of "deals." Never hurts to check them out carefully.

True! They were pretty hot when they first came out however the Hellcat has taken much of the fanfare. Also MSRP on the New Z06 Corvette is around $78K and most people are opting for the Z06 when they are in that price range.

I want to get a new car this year and I'm torn between the Z06, Hellcat and 4C. All in the same general price range. The Z28, while cool, is more of a drive-it-home track car whereas the others I am considering are drivers you could also take to the track. I think there is a market for the Z28 but it's a little different than the other things out there at similar price points.

$76K is a lot of money for a Camaro. Lets face it no one knows the difference. After $76K spent you look the same going down the road as a V6 Camaro....sorry nothing special :(

It might be hard to sell a manual off of the lot, although I wouldn't buy a sports car with anything but a stick. Rules out the Alfa for me.

Of course I'm B.S.ing, If I spent $60,000 on something that rolls it had better have wings on it.

I think your exaggerating slightly. Due to magazine hype and advertising by GM you would be surprised at how many people know the cars. In my opinion the Z28 looks far more menacing then the Hellcat.

    These pictures speak volumes:

The Challenger Hellcats are selling like hotcakes in the high $60's but you can get a base Challenger in the high $20's

The Z28 has significantly more road presence than the standard Camaro, people notice them for sure.
