May 9th, Car show to help the Little League I coach

Hi there everyone,

I donate time to help coach a little league in Aston Pa. I don't have a child in the league, but I have spent a large portion of my life playing baseball and always had great coaches that were influential in my life, so I am trying to give back and do the same.

The league was looking for a new way for them to raise money, and I offered up a "cars and coffee" car show idea, and they loved it.

So, I am trying to get this all together for about a month from now. Here are the details:

When - Saturday May 9th
Time - 9am - 12pm
Where - Barnabys Aston (Rt 452, about 2 miles south of Rt. 1)
Benefit - Aston Middletown Little League

I have been approved for up to 50 cars for the size of the parking lot, so I would really appreciate as much participation as possible. All I will ask is an "entry fee" from each car owner of $20. All of that money will go directly to the league. BW Design Group and Dental Healthcare Associates will match all the funds raised that day. We will also be selling pretzels, coffee, doughnuts, etc at the site.

Bumping this to try and get a few more of the regular CnC guys out to a different location on a Saturday morning!

 

Less than a week away. The non-Fchat list is growing, but I would love to see more of the regular guys come out. Weather is looking great for this Saturday.

 

I meant regular, as in regular attendees to Cars and Coffee West Chester.......

 

We will be raffling off a free detail provided by Advanced Detailing as well as 5 lower level seats to a Penn State Football game.
